Michael & Nathan did a great job. Our puppy was delivered right on time and was well taken care of. They communicated along the way and gave me a full report and answered all my questions. Very much appreciated.

Ryan and Titus were fantastic in the transport and delivery of our new puppy. They had excellent communication in the lead up to delivery and gave very helpful information during the handoff regarding temperament, feeding schedule, tips to ensure smooth transition if changing food, health records, etc. Excellent experience!! Would highly recommend. Loki (fka Larry) and our family thank you!

Both Clinton and Austin seemed very vested in my puppy! They were kind and provided as much information as they knew! Two things unrelated to them however is that my puppy have a funky order, not sure if that was related to travel and the fact there were many dogs in the transport. Also, my dog had a tick which thankfully I was able to fully extract the next day! I’ve informed Puppyspot of this issue! No blame being place but I was disappointed to find a tick on my puppy.

Titus and Ryan were absolutely wonderful when dropping off our new dog, Charlee. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly gentle, kind, and thorough. They took the time to make sure Charlee was comfortable and settled, and their calm, caring approach made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. We’re so grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
