The updates given was wonderful. I really liked the idea of keeping me informed/status of my puppy's arrival. Skyler and Dalton are the best. My little fur baby, aka Oscar arrived earlier than scheduled. I could tell that Skylar and Dalton love what they do.

Dallas and Tom effectively communicated and arrived right on time. Our puppy was healthy and very happy upon arrival and it was evident she had been well cared for on her journey from Indiana to FL.
