Devin and Beau were about 5 hours earlier than the anticipated arrival time. So glad to get my pup earlier.

Ryan and Tom were exceptional! They texted me for two days and kept me in touch and excited to see Nick! They arrived early which was so nice. Nick just loved them and appeared disappointed when they left. Keep them delivering for you! They make PuppySpot look even better! Again, they were exceptional at their job!

Ryan and Tom delivered our Dashound to us on August 9th. They were both extremely kind, caring and professional. Our puppy was well taken care of and in great shape when she arrived.

Michael and Chuck arrived at the exact time they said they would. They seem to care very much about the puppy they delivered. They interacted well with myself and Togo and offered some information and recommendations. There was only one thing I was not real happy about, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of five. My concern was that my puppy reeked of dog urine. I can understand some odor but this was overpowering. That was not something I expected. I didn't look at the set up in the van but, I felt this was not very professional. I would still recommend this carrier and use them again without hesitation. I just think maybe they should rethink how the puppys crate conditions are. I didn't expect to have to bathe Togo as soon as he entered my home.

Michael and Chuck were very considerate even though the vehicle broke down. They sent a video and kept me informed.

Buck and Hunter were our drivers. From the beginning we knew what was happening. When they would arrive, the location and time. Had us confirm the day of. No delays. Dolly was in great shape. You could tell she was well cared for during the trip. They did a great job thank you
