Exceptional Service
I must say this was the smoothest experience I’ve had in a long time. This company deserves more than 5 stars. My puppy arrived in one piece and well taken care of. The drivers Dallas and Rusty were so kind and courteous. Allowed me to ask questions and willingly provided answers. Indiana to Texas is a long way to travel with a puppy. Thanks again Dallas.. Thanks again Rusty!!

We were somewhat nervous about the long…
We were somewhat nervous about the long travel for our new pup. Once he arrived and we met Richard and Ryan, we were very much relieved. Their communication throughout the 24 hrs leading up to arrival was very good. We were able to witness how they handled the pups which was very delicate and caring. We would not have any hesitation to use them again!

The weather was not great this day
The weather was not great this day. I was kept up to date on their progress. My puppy was happy and well cared for. In fact, she clung to the driver as he was handing her to me. She was so soft and smelled so good. I could tell she had a pleasant trip. Drivers Richard and Ryan are excellent at what they do!
