Richard and Ryan were great!
Richard and Ryan were great! They were actually early and stayed in touch to let me know. They gave me all the information I needed and they took great care of my puppy. I was so excited to get her! Thank you for what you do!

Fantastic service!
What a fantastic and exciting experience! Nathan T. And Jayden were so great in handling my puppy and delivering him in perfect condition. They even gave helpful tips for after the long journey in the van. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

Greatful for this service
The drivers Richard and Ryan were very kind and friendly. They kept us up to date on their travels. It is obvious they enjoy their jobs and I know the new member of our family was treated very well on the ride.

Kept us informed!
Kept us informed. Clinton and Nathan did a wonderful job of keeping us informed. Our puppy arrived two hours ahead of time. They did a wonderful job of caring for him. So happy to have him part of our Family.

Ryan and Richard were amazing ✨
Ryan and Richard were absolutely amazing! Our puppy traveled all the way from Ohio to Los Angeles, and they took such loving care of her 🤍 We highly recommend them!

Richard and Ryan were great.
Richard and Ryan were great. They always kept us up to date on their arrival, even when they had some weather concerns on the road. We received our pup with the appropriate papers and our first family photo was taken. Richard & Ryan were crucial to our pup’s healthy arrival and we appreciate them.

We had a very positive experience with Premier Pet Transport in acquiring our new puppy. Our drivers, Nathan T. and Clinton, communicated with us effectively and updated us as to their progress every step of the way. It was obvious they cared about the pets they were transporting and delivered to us a happy, healthy puppy.
