Ryan & Richard are the dream team. Our delivery was smooth as ice. Not only did everything go well but the crypto/stock tip these two gave me went up three points in one day. This new puppy was basically free after the tip. Thank you, Gentlemen! Heather & Jonathan

Delivery was timely, drivers were professional and very helpful. Dallas an Jaydon were excellent.

The staff had a lot of compassion, they were very caring, and were very professional!... It was a total joyful experience!.. thank you, soo much!... The delivery employees said to mention their names in this survey, but the survey says not too!.? Anyways, I think we all know who they are!.. again, we can not thank you enough!... 4 thumbs up!... 👍👍👍👍

Nathan and Clinton were great. They communicated with us the night before and called the day of to let us know they were ahead of schedule. When we got there they validated our identity, went over all of the documentation, explained the trip, answered our questions and gave us our new fur baby. He was a little nervous (expected), but settled in great. I believe Nathan and Clinton took great care of him on his journey across the country because by the end of the day he had eaten twice, went potty several times, had adjusted to his new family, and passed out. Thanks guys for watching over him while he transitioned to his new home!

Joey and Roy were a pleasure to meet. They were communicative and actually were early which made it a lot more convenient to beat traffic since it was close to rush hour. Our puppy was very well taken care of on his long journey.

These gentlemen Skyler & Buck made sure to update me with locations & how my puppy is doing during transport home. Thank you very much Skyler & Buck!

Our drivers Joey and Roy were early which we greatly appreciated. They were very nice and friendly and answered all questions

Nathan T and Clinton were great!
