Wow, these guys were great. Our drivers were Skyler and Buck. They saw us coming and waved us over. They were so kind and professional and answered all our questions with a smile. They handed us our sweet new puppy and I could tell all was well and that she had been well cared for. They were amazing, sent us on our way with "God Bless you guys" unbelievable.

This review is for Nathan and Clinton, who delivered our puppy to us. Our overall experience with them was fantastic! They arrived on time, were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and assisted us with everything we needed. Our puppy arrived in excellent condition, happy and well-cared for. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. A big thank you to both Nathan and Clinton!

Beau and Clay were great. They were super friendly and informative and cool dudes. They were early to our appointment with great communication. They delivered our puppy happy, bathed, and safe!

Ryan and Richard were EXCELLENT with communication, travel updates and on arriving early. They were very kind and answered any and all questions I had. I kept them updated all morning because we were running late due to traffic. They were very understanding. My wife and I were really excited about getting our puppy, we had high hopes of him arriving well and taken care of, after reading such great reviews of your company. But that was not the experience we had, Joey and Roy arrived early to the drop off location which was great but when our puppy was handed to us, he was wet, shaking, his white fur paws were completely yellow as well as white fur on his mouth. His one eye had a brown substance matted in his white fur which had to be cut out, he was so dirty we could not hold him. One of transporters stated they had 18 dogs to transport. Which seems excessive. When we got him home, he required 4 baths to get the urine, dirt and other debris off of him. Another couple getting their dog after us, looked at each other horrified when they handed us our puppy first. We have pictures of him from the meeting place and the way he was given to us. It was very upsetting. For the amount of money we spent for his transport, if we would have known this is the care he would have received and the condition he would arrive in, we would have picked him up ourselves. I recently made the decision to adopt a puppy! Everyone has been in shock BUT to say I don't know why I waited 52 years is an understatement. From the time I made contact with Joey and Roy to receive my baby girl, Gracie Rae (formerly Winter), it's been nothing but pure bliss! Joey and Roy were fabulous with communication, travel updates on arriving early and answered ALL my nervous questions when we met! Skyler and Buck were our drivers. They did an amazing job communicating. Even though we reached out to the transport company to inform of the sketchiness of the drop off location at that time of night. They parked under the lights and near one of the police alarms. They were super nice and made the process easy.
