Thank you Ryan and Richard for your help delivering Louie. Communication was on point just as planned and they even arrived a little earlier than expected! They took such good care of Louie during the trip, he was so calm and smelled nice when I arrived to the meet point. Thanks again!

Ryan and Richard were very nice, professional guys and my puppy showed up clean and happy. I think they must have a shampoo station right there in the van. Very impressive! My only complaint is they made me drive two hours to meet them because they didn't want to drive all the way to my house. I assume that's just company policy, can't fault the drivers for that.

Ryan and Richard where great to work with when delivering out puppy May. She is a small Yorkshire Terrier and so she needed a little special attention. She was not scared and we could tell they did a great job with her. We were in communication and luckily were able to meet early and not have to wait much to meet our new fur baby. Thank you and much appreciated.
