Nathan T. and Justin were great! They managed to find a central pick-up location and were very good about communicating along the way regarding timing, exact location and assurance that my puppy was doing well. Once at the meeting spot, they were very pleasant and thorough, and very sweet in the presentation of my new pup. Two thumbs up for Nathan T. And Justin!! Thank you for getting our beloved puppy to us safely!

Took time while cleaning the pets to prepare us for what they observed about each animal, which was helpful because their insights were spot on. They seemed like they really cared about each dog.
