Nathan and Clinton were wonderful with delivering our Maltipoo Lola. They let us know when she last ate, had playtime and how her experience was.

Nathan T. and Clinton were fantastic! They brought our sweet Robbie from CA all the way to NH and have made sure to check in on us after! We couldn’t be happier!

I would have given a negative number if possible They almost allowed our Puppy to starve to death 5 minutes after we got her and she could not stand on her own and could not move, we rushed her to an Emergency Vet Clinic They had to put her on IV’s overnight (we got her at 11:00 AM) They wanted to keep her another day but we wanted her home and had to pay constant attention to ensure she didn’t relapse It was strange that the drivers took a long time to bring her out - I believe they were trying to hide something but didn’t realize it at the time They almost killed a wonderful puppy If you cannot get a puppy delivered safely you should not offer the service Worse business ever - go and pick up your best friend on your own

Dallas and Buck from Premier Pet Transport escorted our beautiful little pup across multiple states and right to our door. Premier texted me before they started to introduce them and to provide a phone number for text communication. They let me know how it was going throughout the drive. They arrived early and let me know enough in advance to get ready to receive our new puppy. They were kind and courteous with me and handled our puppy with the love and kindness that shows they are pet lovers! All around a wonderful experience and I would use them again!

Nathan T, and Clinton couldn’t have been nicer, nor more professional guys. It’s obvious they care about their jobs, the company, the customers, and more importantly the puppies. I highly recommend them and their company to anyone.
