Very satisfied with the overall service and professionalism of everyone at Premier Pet Transport. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process. Today, drivers Richard & Dallas met my family & I at a nice (central) location and delivered our new puppy. They were friendly, patient and very informative during the whole encounter. Strongly recommend this company.

Dallas and Richard are some of the best. They communicated with me during the process over text and phone and they even arrived ahead of time. They answered all of my questions and communicated everything I felt I needed to successfully receive the puppy. 10 out of 10 would use these guys again.

Nathan and Clinton were great delivering our puppy!

Nathan and Clinton were great. We were initially contacted 3 days prior to delivery and then the night before with updates and confirmation. The pickup was very efficient. The puppies paperwork was given to us, we were informed of any additional pertinent information, and presented with our new puppy. The puppy did not seem stressed at all by the transportation experience, which speaks volumes to the care that Nathan and Clinton gave her during what could have been a very stressful time for a puppy.

Richard and Dallas were not only communicative via text but more importantly punctual. Richard provided all the information necessary explaining all the paper work out puppy came with and answered all of my questions with professionalism. Everything went as planned exceeding our expectations. We were very happy to have our new family member, Lilly, join our family straight to our door.

First, let me say, Thank you to Dallas and Richard for their dedication. You truly have to have a love for animals to transport them across the United States. And to the company premier, I wouldn't have it any other way. The dedication to insure the safety and well-being of animal care, outstanding! Thank you and to the driver's again hand salute.

Nathan T and Clinton were very prompt (not an easy task during NYC morning rush), prepared, informative and expedient. Overall, I was both pleased and impressed.
