Premier Pet TransportReviews of pptbooking.com

Five star. Communicated well with me. Ryan and Richard, our drivers, were early m, professional and so nice! Thumbs up!

The care of a “future” love one is extremely important and these two great guys are masters of their craft and leave no - not one - area that you would complain about or have any concern. Perfect in every way. Love em

Micheal and Ian were great. Took care of our new family additions and made sure we had everything we need for them.

Ryan and Richard were a great team. I even got my puppy a day early. They were so thoughtful. Best experience with ordering my new puppy. Thanks guys!

Michael and Ian were great. They comunicated during transport letting me know about time and if any trouble being there but were actually a few minutes early. They were friendly and polite and professional, My puppy arrived perfect! She was a little scared but that would be expected with her long trip and being so tiny, I was so excited to get her! I have never purchased a pet this way before but would do again and I would recommend Michael and Ian! And there service to others! Thank you again to Michael and Ian! Safe travels! 😃😇

I CAN'T CHANGE THE REVIEW TOPIC OF DISSATISFIED!! WE ARE VERY SATISFIED OF HOW LADY ARRIVED HOME. Clinton & Austin kept us informed of their travel times & arrival @ our home. They arrived precisely @ the time they quoted. They were very personable & caring with our new puppy, Lady 🐶❤️. They wished us a lot of luck with her, she is a sweet girl. I signed for her & they were on the road. We were so excited that I didn't do this last night so, Thank you for bringing her to us!!

Ryan and Richard were absolutely amazing! They delivered our new puppy safely and made the entire experience so easy and special for our family. They kept us updated throughout the process, were professional, friendly, and clearly took great care of our puppy during his journey. He arrived happy, comfortable, and well cared for, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate the care and attention Ryan and Richard gave him and would absolutely recommend Premier Pet Transport. Thank you both for bringing our new family member home safely! ❤️🐾

We had a great experience with Premier Pet Transport (via PuppySpot)! Richard and Ryan transported our puppy Yuma (“Caramel”) all the way from Indiana to California, and she arrived healthy, happy, and excited to meet us. They were friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the trip and kept us updated via text. We also really appreciated that they provided us with a can of the food they had been feeding Yuma during the journey so we knew exactly what she had been eating. It was clear she was well cared for during the long trip. Thank you, Richard and Ryan, for taking such good care of Yuma and getting her home to us safely!
