Richard and James delivered our puppy from Ohio to California, and were very pleasant. They kept us updated and confirmed their delivery time up until they were at our front door. Our puppy arrived happy and he adjusted well to his new home.

Devin and Dallas took great care of our new pup as they drove him from Ohio to California. They communicated promptly to confirm the pick up time and arrived right on time. Our pup was well adjusted when he arrived. We used a different service five years ago for our other dog, and she arrived very traumatized. The difference between their two experiences is obvious in how our new puppy is easing into our family.

I was so happy with the delivery of my puppy Ryder by Premier Pet Transport LLC. The drivers Ryan and Titus were just great. They stayed in touch by text and answered me if I text them with a question. They were right on time and when they delivery Ryder they also had his important information and little things I needed to know about his eating program and left his food for me. I was more than satisfied.

Right on time, friendly and personable customer service, and we got our 18-week-old puppy handed to us with gentle, loving care. The drivers provided all the needed information, vet report from the breeder, and a zip lock bag of his food. Excellent service!

The team contact me the day of the delivery to tell me that they will be 1 hour earlier that previously estimated and asked if that is OK. Of course it was as we were very impatient to receive our little dog. They were very professional, checking our identity and delivering the dog with food and papers. The drivers are Dalton and Clay.

The Pet Transport kept in contact with me the day of the delivery letting me know they were still on schedule. They met us at the rendez-vous point on time and we knew what to look for. The transfer of our new puppy to us was quick and professional. The puppy was clean and alert. It was a wonderful experience.

Premier pet delivered our Goldendoodle from Missouri all the way to MA, 45 min from where I live in RI. They were 5 hours ahead of schedule which was great because I have a flexible job schedule, otherwise that could have been a problem. The drivers kept in touch about the change in pick up time. When we got our puppy he smelled great and was clean. The drivers didn’t know too much about Goldendoodles which is sort of OK, but I guess there should be some basic knowledge there because if you’re transporting the puppies for hours and don’t know much about them how can you really care for them the best? I’m glad that my puppy got to us healthy, clean and safe. Thank You very much for transporting him as safely as you could.
