Dallas and David were very professional and kind people, they delivered my poodle safely.

They kept us well informed on the delivery time for our pet and they treated our pet with kindness.

Our drivers Clinton and Nathan were excellent! Arrived early, stayed in contact and were professional.

I was told the delivery would happen on a Tuesday or Wednesday, then it was moved to Friday which this impacted the vet visit I had scheduled for her arrival. They arrived earlier than scheduled and were very friendly and informative drivers. But the dogs only go out if they make a mess in their crate and my dog came from Missouri to California. My 12week old puppy left her breeder in good health (as attested by her vet) but arrived to me with flea infestation. As nice as the guys where who delivered her, there has been a lot of emotional, physical, and financial distress experienced as a result of the delivery service.

I must say that both Clinton and Nathan M. made this process incredibly simple and straightforward. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly called and texted with continuous updates. He even discussed our puppy’s health and behavior, so we wouldn’t be alarmed if we noticed any changes or differences. They even encouraged us to reach out if we had any additional questions.
