Ryan and Titus were our drivers for our puppy. They were extremely diligent and communicated the smallest details. When the delivery was going to be delayed due to a wreck they sent me a picture of the GPS to show me the delay and kept in constant contact. The delivery was perfect and I even got two pictures text to me of my fiance, myself and our new baby.

Dallas and David stayed in touch throughout the transportation process. They were scheduled to arrive at 12:30, but were able to deliver my bundle of joy, early. That really made my day, especially since my birthday was the 17th. Dallas and Dave were so very nice and delivered my puppy in good health and smelling great.

Ryan and Titus were 100% professional. They texted me updates on their arrival. Their happy demeanor and kindness was welcoming and made us feel assured that our puppy was ready to meet us. They gave clear guidelines of the paperwork and travel experience of our puppy.

The fact that James the driver was waiting for me at the designated location early. The puppy was in excellent condition. James gave me time to go into the convenience store, before we made the exchange.
