Ryan and Sebastian were phenomenal! They were BY FAR the best part of our puppy experience! They removed the doubt and frustration we had about the rest of the experience and we are so grateful to them and for them! I would definitely recommend them VERY highly!

Ryan and Sebastian not only arrive 15 minutes early, but they kept me updated from pick up to drop off. And when my puppy arrived, he smelled so good! I had a small puppy bath ready for him thinking that he was gonna smell from the ride here. But they bathe him and flute him And I couldn’t be more happy! They made the whole experience so easy and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Ryan and Sebastian. Love the Wahlstrom family

Quality of care and communication was excellent. Ryan and Sebastian kept me updated, and informed me weeks in advance with time and date of Gibsons arrival. Premier Pet Transport is the only good way to receive your pet. When I met Ryan he was very professional, and knowledgeable.

Dalton was my driver. He was great. Very professional. Drove from Oklahoma to northern Colorado. Kept me informed by text as he got closer to my house on Oct 2nd, and he arrived a couple hours early, which was great! Gave me a little report of my new puppy’s travel experience, saying she was the best behaved pet of the trip! Thank you, Dalton!

My two pups were delivered right to my door by Nathan T. And Clinton. Such nice guys who obviously took great care of my pups during their trip to their forever home. Professional, courteous, and definitely enjoy their job delivering puppies to all of us. Thank you both. Premier Pet Transport has been great each time. This is my 5th puppy over the years and would definitely choose this company without a doubt.

My Pomeranian arrived safe and happy. He also smelled great, but we figure that was probably a doggy cologne, because we did find a quarter sized dingleberry on his butt that was at least 2 or 3 days old (hard as a rock). Still gave Dallas and Clay 5 stars because my dog did arrive safe and happy.

Ryan and Sebastian made this experience incredible. Beyond excellent care of our pup Frankie and absolute white glove service for the humans. Can’t recommend enough.
