Premier Pet TransportReviews of pptbooking.com

Didn’t know what to expect, but was happy to see my puppy was well looked after Richard reviewed all the paperwork and even gave the puppy a once over before handing her over to me.

Primier pet transport far exceeded our expectations. They kept us updated throughout the process of getting our beagle here safely to walnut creek california Our puppy arrived happy and healthy Thank you premier pet transport Angelica & Christian Walnut Creek ,CA

Premier Pet Transport was very friendly (Dalton). We opted for the meet us with our puppy at a nearby location. Dalton kept us informed on when and where we could meet to pickup our pet Rose. Dalton was exactly where he said he would meet us and at the exact time he informed us he would be there. Rose was in great condition (clean, feed and recently let out to take care of business.

We were so please with Premier Pet Transport. Buck, who brought our tiny Lexie to us was so wonderful. He was enthusiastic, kind and personable. His laugh was so joyful too. Our Lexie looked clean and calm (understanding she had just traveled half way across the country), which gave us the peace of mind that she was well taken care of during her transport. Thank you Buck and Justin!!!

What a wonderful experience with Premier Pet Transportation! My puppy Andrew arrived safe and sound. Sebastian and Nathan M. communicated with me the night before explaing exactly what time they would be arriving and what color/type of vehicle they would be arriving in. True to Sebastian and Nathan M. text message the night before they arrived exactly at the time they specified, we went over the paper work, he verified my ID, and then it became puppy time. I was so excited to see my puppy. They even came with some puppy food! Thank goodness. LOL The entire process took less than 15-20 minutes. Sebastian and Nathan M. we're friendly, prompt and went above and beyond to move their vehicle when the trash truck came by to empty my trash. Kudos to Sebastian, Nathan M. and Premier Pet Transportation. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Nathan M. and Sebastian were great in caring for our puppy who arrived to us in excellent shape, clean, and perfumed for her pick-up. They communicated with us several times to update us on their ETA the morning of the pick-up. They were friendly, courteous, and caring about the animals they were transporting. You could tell that they were dedicated to the animals entrusted to them for the trip to their new homes. I highly recommend them for transporting your precious little cargo safely and with love and attention.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Premier Pet Transport staff, Ryan and Sebastian. From the very beginning, Ryan and Sebastian demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our Labradoodle Puppy. They provided timely updates throughout the journey, ensuring I felt reassured and informed. It was evident that Ryan and Sebastian are not only highly skilled in their work but also truly dedicated to the animals they transport. Our puppy arrived safely, calm, and well cared for, which speaks volumes about the quality of service delivered. Our puppy was so excited when she arrived at our front door that she accidentally peed on Ryan. Ryan didn't even flinch and stated it was all part of the job (Sorry about the shirt, Ryan!). I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone in need of trustworthy and compassionate pet transportation. Sincerely, Martin & Annette
