This review is for Ryan and Titus. These people are very professional and considerate. They know they are carrying precious cargo of yours and they act like it. They kept me informed of when they were coming, they were on time! I feel terrible that I didn't give them a tip, the dog had all of my attention. I wish all my packages were delivered with this much class.

Ryan and Titus did a wonderful job in delivering our puppy Nadina to us today in Sherman Oaks, CA. They must have been so loving and kind based on how happy Nadina was when she arrived. Ryan and Tiitus delivered Sooby to us. (He was formerly known as Vincent from the breeder). Great service and they were early and were meeting another couple for their own puppy at the same Home Depot. Gave excellent service, feedback and instructions. Seemed to individually know each of the puppies under their care. My only suggestion is to meet in a city park and to setup a delivery station so that the puppy is already playing when the adopting family arrives. This is a marketing tool that can be used to promote the service to more adopting families. We joked about getting our new puppy from Home Depot. A park would just be a nicer setting and would allow for better first photos and impressions. in our case a park was less than 1/4 mile from the Home Depot location.
