Nathan M. and Richard were amazing! They were communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable. The exchange process was seem-less with their help, and we appreciate how courteous they were. We feel so blessed to have our pup, and are incredibly thankful to Premier Pet Transport for such an incredible experience. Y’all have a wonderful team!

Drivers James and Devin delivered our puppy to us safely. If I had any slight critique, it would be to have some type of interim communication during the journey. Other than that, no issues as our puppy arrived in great spirits.

My driver's were James and Devin. They called me to let me know they were running an hour ahead just to make sure I was okay with that. Once they arrived, they were very courteous and made the drop off very easy.

Experienced excellent customer service with Premier! Dallas and David were wonderful! Kept me updated and was nice and friendly. The puppy was delivered to me healthy and smelled oh so good! Timing was so good that they arrived an hour early and gave me a choice to pick up the puppy an hour early or the regular schedule time. I am so happy my puppy was transported by Premier! Thank you Dallas and David for exceptional customer service

I’m so pleased with the professionalism of our delivery drivers Nathan M. and Sebastian. We received timely updates during the days preceding the delivery of our 10 week old puppy, Roxy. She had come all the way from Illinois to Georgia and arrival was on a busy night in our neighborhood, Halloween, which made me a little nervous. All was well and our drivers parked safely on our poorly lit street and placed our just groomed, fragrant puppy in my arms. No eating problems, she’s thriving. Thank you so much!
