Our pup arrived safe, warm and clean. His arrival was even slightly earlier (2hours) than expected. Driver Richard was professional and kind. His van slid down our driveway after a snow storm while we were going over paperwork and he kept his composure. He was very thorough in reviewing the paperwork. New process to us so he spent time explaining everything. Thank you so much for your great service!

Ryan and Sebastian delivered our Great Dane puppy to our front door and the process was seamless and efficient. Our puppy smelled fresh and clean when brought off the van and I could tell they really took amazing care of our puppy during transit. Thank you both!

James and Devlin delivered our 9-week-old bulldog to us and we couldn’t have been happier. Chief arrived very clean and happy. Unfortunately, not healthy. We were in the emergency animal clinic 2 days later. Chief had kennel cough and bronchitis. We had additional testing done and he also had Covid and bordetella. We are being responsible and managing his illness, but he arrived and has happy. Thank you James and Devlin.

Dallas and David made sure our new puppy Adelaide arrived safely and on time. She seemed very happy when she arrived. We were kept informed on their whereabouts as they traveled from Indiana to our home in AZ and we knew exactly when they would arrive. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Brooke S.
