Justin and Buck where at my house ahead of schedule and called several times with updates and explained everything when they arrived

Ryan and Sebastian were great!

Puppy is the sweetest little boy . Arrival was earlier than planned . All around great experience!!

Nathan and Clinton delivered our new puppy this morning exactly on time as promised. The dog was happy and warm and Nathan took plenty of time going over all of the paperwork in any questions we would have. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this service. We received timely communication leading up to our puppies delivery. Excellent job guys!!

Our cavapoo was delivered by Dallas and David and we could not be more grateful. She arrive safe and was obviously well taken care of on her very long journey. They arrived far ahead of schedule and called several hours before to be sure that was going to be ok. Thank you so much for bringing our new baby home!

Nathan and Clinton were great. Took great care of our precious cargo. Very respectful young men. Appreciate you taking such great care of our new puppy!

They should add a 6th star for my experience. I want to give tremendous praise to the drivers Ryan and Sebastian who drove from St. Louis to central NY in not the best of weather. With a wintery mix, this was an extremely challenging drive but one with superior communication and at the time of drop-off, immense care for my new little golden retriever. The door to door service was a fantastic addition to the Puppyspot service and both of these drivers were simply the very best!! Take care of these guys !

Ryan and Sebastian were wonderful! They kept us updated every step of the way and arrived with no issues. They seemed to really love our dog and it made us feel confident in the process. We would 100% recommend this service based on our experience with Ryan and Sebastian.
