Pepper was delivered to us safe and sound with great communication and excellent service!

Justin and Dalton M kept me informed during the whole delivery process. They let me know they were running early and contacted me to make sure that was okay. They gave me a time and was at my house at that exact time. They introduced themselves when I came to the door. Very professional and shared my excitement in receiving the new member to my family.

The Premier Pet Transport driver Nathan and Clinton arrived 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled time they gave to deliver my Havanese puppy. Nathan was very polite and provided me the Rabies Vaccination Certificate, 3 copies of the Small Animal Health Certificate, Litter Medical Record and Record of Disposition of Dog. I signed that I received the puppy and he went to get my puppy Mandy which I've renamed Sophie. Very happy to finally receive my Havanese puppy.

Our boxer puppy was delivered safe and sound! The drivers, Dallas and David, communicated effectively and were ahead of schedule and delivered our puppy early! They were friendly and professional!
