Delivery driver was responsive and delivered in time.

Beau & Sebastian were awesome! They brought my 12 week old Boxer puppy “Baloo” all the way from Indiana to New Jersey with no issues at all and even got here an hour early. Baloo was in perfect health and was very clean and smelled great too. Definitely use Premier to transport your pets, and ask for these guys if you can get them!

Devin and Beau were wonderful. There were snow and ice delays of which we were informed of. They gave us an ETA and called to tell us that time looked to be the correct time. They had stopped on way to feed him and clean him up as best they could. They arrived with treats from breeder and our puppy especially was happy to see toy from Indiana and blanket. We were told he needed a bath the next day as he arrived at 9:30 pm and to have him see a vet. He had diarrheal upon arrival and we put in a notification with puppy spot the next day we gave him a much needed bath and brushing we felt his transporter service was very polite and cared about our new family member

Ryan and Titus deliver our new puppy a few hours ahead of time not only that provided continue updates of delivery status , this experience was very professional from start to finish. A1
