The team notified us about 4 hours before scheduled delivery to let us know that they could deliver about two hours early if convenient to us. We were pleased with this option and they arrived exactly as projected. Puppy seemed to be in fine shape and full of energy. I was handed a pile of papers and the puppy and they asked if I had questions. I asked about feeding and how long since she had been walked. They indicated that they don’t walk the dogs; not what I expected. Location of delivery, while only about 1.5 hours from our home, would have been much more convenient if I had been allowed to suggest a meeting place. I was told I could not do that. My recommendation was a public spot with easy access to major highways. Instead the location chosen was in the heart of the city with difficult traffic congestion being late afternoon.

I had a great experience with the driver who delivered my puppy. They were very kind, gentle, and clearly caring throughout the process. I really appreciated how Nathan M. And Chuck F. kept me informed about the delivery timing and communicated along the way, which made everything much less stressful. Thank you for the professionalism and care in bringing my puppy safely home.

I have to say that I was quite impressed with Premier Pet Transport. Puppy traveled in style with Dallas and Scott arriving clean and smelling good with a puppy blanket and food making it easier for a puppy’s change. Puppy may have been sad that he had to leave them. PPT introduced themselves and informed me from the beginning when I would hear from them next. Once travel plans were made I was given a date and time for delivery. Another travel update the day before. On time to the minute. First class. Well done Premier Pet Transport.

Dallas and Scott arrived early! (I wasn’t home and they had to wait for me, more notice would have made it easier for them!). My baby arrived clean, obviously well fed and so happy! Thanks guys for making the long haul for the baby!!

Our drivers Nathan M. and Chuck F. were awesome. They kept us up to date with the transport of our boxer. They arrived on 2/26/26. Our puppy was in great shape and very happy. It was obvious that he was well taken care of on the long drive down. I would use their services again in the future.
