Okay, a lot mixed reviews for Powersportsmax, whereas negative experiences seem to get reported more than positive ones, thereby skewing reality. I have had an amazing experience with this company and can't be happier. As you have probably done, read all the reviews and are on the fence like I was, scared like cats to pull the the trigger and order, but reality is subjective. So I placed my order for three 250cc Dirt Bikes on 9/19/26 and had them five days later, shipped out of Texas by R and L carriers. No damage to crates all looked great. We chose to assemble the three bikes our selves which is not difficult if you're mechanically inclined. We did scan the QR code that came with the bikes for assembly instructions just to be safe and all went great with all three. The only issue we had was one of the bikes had a broken start switch from the factory or shipping, not too sure, and we had to bleed the front brake but no biggie. I placed a warranty parts order on their website and the part was shipped out the following day via UPS. As for quality, exceptional! The welds are great, (I'm a welder so I know what to look for), fit and finish is awesome. Great power and handling. Suspension is fantastic. Next day we took them to the desert and beat the crap out of them for most of the day, no issues. They ran and rode great. For a semi-entry level bike I highly recommend. We order two different models, one being the 250cc Titan. Great bike with lots of upgrades like three-link rear suspension and inverted front forks. Hope this helps.

Ordered a motorcycle friday it's been 7 days.. I paid for 3 day processing and it still hasn't shipped . Better off ordering straight from China on Alibaba.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS A SCAM! Ordered a gas dirt-bike. Had a local mechanic unbox it and was told they had sent used parts! I have dumped hundreds of dollars into this bike, but it has never worked! I requested to return the very same week it was delivered which they refused! I have gone back and forth with these guys for over a year and they never made it right! Now they say it is out of warranty, HA! Today, I have officially given up. These types of companies are the ones that will not have a place in society VERY, VERY SOON! Do yourself a favor, spend a bit more on a reputable company. You will thank me!

I don’t see why this company has such a low rating score. Don’t get me wrong seeing that made me a bit nervous with ordering with them. But my experience was beyond amazing. Made an order on Sunday. Bike was shipped out on Tuesday. (Granted I live in Oregon and it came from California) I received my motorcycle on Monday. (They mailed me my Bill of sell and MOC and got that on Saturday before the motorcycle) They driver had no issue going up my steep driveway to my garage with his electric pellet jack. Bike was not damaged. I would totally recommend them 💯. Nice priced bikes and fast shipping. That’s prefect to me 😊

Let's get the truth out there and let's air it out once and for all. I'm going to give u the good with the bad. So like most places they were prompt about processing my order and even getting the bike to me they wasted no time. But Now that time having issues and I'm still under warranty they don't want to honor it. The frame cracked in two spots and after having sent them pictures they only want to issue me a partial refund for 1/3 of the cost of what a new frame would cost me because they don't want to send me a new frame. That's no good for me. If it's under warranty they should pay for a new one because if my car is under warranty and it brakes the dealer doesn't say hey I know u got the extended warranty and even though but you're asking us to fix is under warranty we're going to have to charge you for the parts and labor but I'll discount it by 33 percent no body would accept that. These people are trashy when it comes to doing business I've had issues with them with the 2 past purchases I've made. I'm giving them a 1 as in one finger that says it all let that shit sink in.

Use caution. This company advertised free shipping on Facebook. This was false. When I made my purchase I left a respectable comment in the appropriate section. This company collected my money then put my order on hold for a week and a half because if that comment. No email notifications or phone calls. When I tried to get in touch I was hung up on after being on hold more than once. I managed to finally get a representative on the phone. They claimed no knowledge of Facebook adds. They admitted my order was put on hold. They claimed they tried to call me. But the call was only after the two weeks and four voicemails and two emails from me. All if the messages had my correct phone and email. As well as my account that was set up. They claimed i left and incorrect phone number. False. My phone number was on many different identical autofill. Plus email and voicemail. Then i confronted them on why if the phone was incorrect why not email. Representative would not answer.

Zero customer service call back. Haven't gotten my order in over 2 weeks late. Spent all that money and they can't even get us the product or call us. Never working with them again.

This company customer service is non existent, we bought go cart in august 2025, did all required oil change etc. this was for grandkids who maybe put on. 10 hrs and this past weekend caught on fire!! Thank god I was outside while they were riding, this go cart has been difficult to start on a regular basis and then Dec 6 it was fine and then sounded strange and. When I looked up black smoke and then flames as high as 2 ft coming from around spark plug area, yelled and got kids off and had to use fire extinguisher to put out and now I have called company and sent photos and No correspondence at all. DO NOT BUY from this company
