Got the cooker, but not the cookbooks. When I called them they said they would send them, but never did. Not good business.

I like the cooker. There is a learning curve. The instructions are very confusing and has taking some time and effort to understand them. Because I don't use the pressure cooker for every meal or very many meals I have to relearn how to use the pressure cooker each time I use it. In their upgrades I was suggest that they clarify the instructions that they clarify both the Quickstart and the other the extensive instructions. extensive instructions are the very same as the Quickstart instructions. I have had to learn to use the cooker by trial and Error because the instructions were not clear enough. The instructions are general and are not specific and it would be helpful if there was a specific step by step instruction in how to use both the pressure cooker and the slow cooker feature as well as the regular cooking feature. To this day to have not been able to figure out how to use the searing feature. I called the customer service department to see if they could help clarify how to use the pressure cooker and they could not understand the instructions either and was not able to clarify.

I was hung up on by customer service, not once, but twice after calling two weeks after placing my order then again another week later! I have never experienced such rudeness in my life! I finally received the pressure cooker one month after placing my order! My original order date was April 28th and the product finally shipped on June 25! If I had know I'd have to endure the rudeness and wait two months, I would have gone to a local department store! I have used the cooker and performs well but not worth all the drama!!! I would not recommend it to anyone!

I love the cooker, however when I ordered it they had a permotion on magazines I canceled them in May but they say they have no record of me calling them, they charged me $19.95 in June and July which caused my account to go into overdraft twice of $60.00. I was furious and called them on this. I haven't yet received any answer regarding this matter. I'm at the point of calling our Attorney General on this matter.

I RECEIVED MY PRESSURE COOKER IN APRIL AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MUCH NEEDED MANUAL OR THE TWO COOKBOOKS I WAS PROMISED???? I HAVE CALLED 6 TIMES TO RECEIVE AT LEAST THE MANUAL. IF YOU CAN HELP GET ME ONE MORE POWER TO YOU. THE LAST CALL I MADE I GAVE THEM A WEEK MORE TO SEND ME THE MANUAL, IF NOT I WILL TELL AMERICAN EXPRESS TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. I THINK I HAVE GIVEN THEM ENOUGH TIME TO RESPONE.

Took over 3 months to get cooker and then did not receive all my order. Very unhappy

Hi I haven't had a chance to use it yet as the weather here has been really hot. I am still waiting for the replacement measuring cup that I called customer service about several weeks ago!
