When I saw the price on the cooker I just couldn't resist. I had been talking with my daughter about using a pressure cooker for some time so when I saw this I bought one for my daughter and one foe myself as well, I have used it once and am very pleased with the operation the food was done just the way I had expected

Would not recommend this product you can only use their recipes there is no proper instructions for making other meals on your own I don't even use mine because of lack of information when cooking.

The pressure cooker says its specific time, but it adds about 10 more minutes just to warm itself up. I thought it would be so fun and easy to make things with this machine, but its kind of the opposite. Can i return this item? It also took a couple of months to get delivered which is horrible.

This is not working like I saw it work on T.V. First I tried to make white rice and it came out sticky and one big clump, I tried to make a pot roast and the roast was dry and tough. The instructions are hard to figure out, I don't know which button to use? the timer or the Power pressure button? I tried both and I could not cook a pot roast in 30 minutes like the commercial states. I put the timer on for two hours and the roast came out dry and tough. Nothing I made cooked in 30 or 20 minutes. Either I'm doing something wrong or this item is not what it's made out to be on the commercial.

Well, where do I start. I saw the commercial about the famous power pressure cooker XL and thought it was the best thing since slice bread. When my order came in, I was so excited but one thing was missing from the box. It was the recipe booklet and the canning guide. A month went by and still no guide. Then I noticed that the powerpressure cooker shipped to me was the PRO instead of the XL. I was so upset to learn that. So I called the company and they told me that they had been out of stock with the XL so therefore they sent me the PRO. That was so so wrong. That was not what I had originally wanted. Well, long story short. Since May 5, 2014 ordered delivered. I have not been able to use it as I'm waiting for the recipes booklets and home canning guides. Not a happy customer all around.
