I really like how it keeps everything so moist. And I've only used the pressure cooking selection so far. Can't wait to use the slow cooker and scanner selection next. Just wish I could get more ideas for recipes to use the other buttons on the cooker. Anyway I can't find any online yet. Thanks for the great small appliance.

I ordered this in April and just received it (7-12-14). I wasn't informed of this item being sent to me, and money was taken out of my account unexpectedly 3 months later. I'm not happy about this and have been dealing with this issue. I don't even live at the same address, moved 1st of July. No one contacted or emailed me. Customer service rep said notice was mailed to me twice-never received one. For future reference, if you don't hear back from someone, you don't ship the item 3 months later. You should only send item if you receive a response from the purchaser. I'm returning the item ASAP and don't care for how this was handled.

first things first it took forever to get my order it actually took two months for my order to arrive. Also when I got it I got the wrong one they refused to send me the right one they refused to send me my accessories that I am paying for. I cannot tell you how many times I have to call to check on my order to find out when it was gonna be here and where my accessories were.the whole experience was nothing but frustration being called a liar and not getting the service that I paid for. Customer service reps should be doing their job the company should be giving what was ordered and what was paid for I do not care what order was going on I should have got what I paid for I never did. I gave up. I am so upset with my experience that I hardly ever use my car pressure cooker because it just makes me angry and it's not the one I ordered it's not the one that I wanted. In fact I have not used it since my last phone call to get the correct one that I ordered along with my accessories. I had half a mind 2 call my bank and reported as fraud. The reason I thought about doing that was precisely everything I have stated above, however I am not that kind of person, I am NOT like your company, I am NOT like your representative, I do not lie and I do not cheat so I did not do that. I paid for something that I did not get and for s***** service. I refuse to buy any thing from your company ever again and I tell everyone that I come across about my experience that wants to purchase something from you. you know there was one offer to have my purchase returned, but with that offer they could not tell me how long it would be until I got the one that I actually ordered and they wanted me to pay for the shipping and handling to return what they sent to me that was not the correct order and still they refused to send me the accessories that I pay for that I never got because their documentation says that it was sent I don't know how many times I tried to tell them I never got it. so I read this company horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible. again they are rude they do not have any customer service skills they do not give the products that they say they're going to give nothing looks like it does on TV none of the same buttons nothing it doesn't even work like they say it's suppose to. oh yeah and the instruction manual is BS its not helpful whatsoever I had to figure it out on my own and customer service would not help me at all ever.

Product is amazing- very happy with purchase. Took over a month to receive. Have recommended it to many friends. We use it to make Cuban black beans, rice (replaced our smaller rice cooker), fricase, flan, soup...I'm sure we have a long way to go until we use it to it's maximum potential. Well worth the chunk of money we paid for it. I'm sure it's saving us money in the long run. Nice not to turn on oven/stove top to cook these things in the summer.

I've used my power-pressure cooker a lot in the past few months and I like it very much. It took a little getting used to when I started preparing rice in it, because it is different than my rice steamer and I don't need nearly as much water and the time is cut almost in half. Stews are delicious as well as the chili recipe and chicken recipes I have used out of the cook book that came with the appliance. I look forward to trying out canning some jellies and vegetables this fall.

Great product very slow processing and shipping. The cooker works great but it took almost 60 days to get it. I kept calling, checking on the order and was told there where none in stock. They take orders then build them is what I was told. It would be nice to know this before I ordered it. The infomercial leads you to believe you will have it in a week. Also it would be nice if there where more recipes then the few in a small leaflet that comes with it. I experiment with recipes now to find out what works and what does not work.
