The cooker I got was not the one they showed on the t.v. The buttons are not the same which is why I original bought it

I ordered the power cooker with the intention to use it for preparing efficient meals but also to do light canning from our garden when sporadic early harvests and late harvests yeild less plentiful produce. With this thought in mind, i asked about the cooker's canning feature and was assured by the representative that it did allow for canning. He then tried to sell me several other options available, such as the steamer kit and chopper. I did take the hand chopper, but politely declined an additional cooker, etc. After TWO delays of delivery, the cooker finally arrived. Read the manual, 19 pages long. 8 pages devoted to its canning feature...looked in box....NO CANNING RACK. I thot this has to be a mistake. Called to learn, no mistake, if I want rack, must pay ANOTHER $9.99. Seriously? I declined steamer kit, but still got a rack for that purpose, but no canning rack?? The rep told me steam rack was included, but I sort of remember turning it down, not wanting to add to the cost. Anyway, I'm left feeling confused why a main feature mentioned in the tv ad does not come included when it was mentioned by the customer upon ordering? The original rep I ordered from NEGLECTED to mention that while it does function as a canner, you need to pay EXTRA for the rack! I feel tricked & cheated. After the item being delayed TWICE, and my being unhappy, I would think any customer service personnel worth their salt would have jumped to smooth it over by offering the rack at reduced or no cost. I hope your $9.99 was worth this poor review.

Took 3 months to receive it but love it now that its here.

This wad the best purchase I have made in a long time. I wish I had brought myself 2. I purchased 2 when I ordered, I gave one to my friend...who by the way lovers hers also. The thing is our husbands use them just as much as we do! Great invention and we'll worth it.... Thanks for the t.v. Show that caught my eye. Satisfied customer.......... Kmayfield

still havent gotten all the items i ordered it has now been almost 3 months... the order process took way too long. they ask too many questions. just let me order what i called for and stop all the nonsense... not happy at all but they keep taking my payments... july 29 still havent received the whole order and they even called to ask me if i wanted to buy another one at a lower price... come on people... and the girl said well i am sorry to hear that however i dont have your account so i cant help you with that..

We nrever ordered, tried to cancel and recieved two. had to return, you wouldnt gove frt cost back and the people on the phone were not responsive or helpful. I was told that their was no option and I would pay the frt Phone system was horrable and disconnected prior to confirming cancelation of order. I will never use this scam company again!

I work long hours so when I saw this cooker and thought it would make my meal cooking easier and quicker I thought I would give it a shot. I have yet to be disappointed. I just wish there had been a bigger cook book with more recipes.

Overall the power cooker is ok. However I find it somewhat hard to close the lid.
