I ordered this product at the end of April, I received it the first week of July. I was excited to use the pressure cooker. When I opened the box there weren't any instructions, invoice, or the cookbooks I was promised. I contacted the company, they said I would have them by the end of the week. I waited 12 days NOTHING. By this time the cooker had lost its finesse. I couldn't use it. I called again, 4 times this day, because I got hung up on once. Now I was upset, however I did not curse, and I was not rude well maybe a little. I told them I am returning the cooker and I am not paying for shipping-I felt I shouldn't have to considering this was their fault sending me a product as dangerous as this 1 with no care instructions. I wasn't satisfied until the 4th call and a e-mail with a pre-paid return label. I am still waiting on full refund. :-( NOT HAPPY.

I am okay with the product, it works great, just wish it had alittle more information on times to cook food. My MAJOR complaint is the customer service. I have e-mail them serveral times (10) to let them know I didn't receive some of the items promised, I received the cooker, the cook book and the cord. I have not received any response. I explained that I couldn't call the long distance number and still no response. I just wished someone at the company would respond. I have since than turn my complaint over to the BBB and they haven't responded yet.

Hey I always forget to take something out of the freezer for dinner...so when I got this machine...my problems are solved. I made the chicken and pasta receipe that was in the book that came with the machine..and I also made Pot Roast from their cookbook...they were both GREAT...drop the chicken in frozen....brown the pot roast on 4 sides...pop it in the pot with the other ingredients....BAM you got dinner in 30 mins or less.. It is great..gotta go grocery shopping to get more stuff to cook in it..

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT!! MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IT WAS AROUND $40 CHEAPER AT WALMART FOR THE SAME EXACT THING.

I bought this pressure cooker because I loved the idea that I could set it and walk away, without have to hang around and monitor whether the temp is right to keep the pressure valve closed. It's also great to be able to brown meat in the pot and then throw in everything else. If I had one wish, it would be that the whole thing was bigger. I'd like an 8 qt. or even 10 qt. unit. I'd also love more mainstream canning recipes. For example I made a batch of cherry jam in a traditional canner because I couldn't find a recipe for a pressure cooker version. I didn't want something exotic, just plain old jam.

My wife has a new friend to cook stew in. Thank you for producing such a fine product, namely the powepressurecooker.

It took me a while to figure out how to operate this pressure cooker. I was accustomed to the old styles. I was reluctant at first, buy now I am enjoying my unit. I am learning how to make homemade Sauerkraut, and I am looking forward to using the canning feature. This feature is a plus, 10 times over. I get the benefits to both worlds. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy a seal (gasket) for my pressure cooker. Customer service assured me that they will carry the seals at a later time. I am counting on them to honor their word.
