I'd recommend power max to anybody who's looking to get a Mac product

Loved the tailored experience I had with Power Max when making a major investment purchase on a souped up MacBook Pro. Tons of help, advice, and a great opportunity to support small business, the best State in the Nation ;), and avoid sales/shipping fees. Would use them again in a heartbeat. My only qualm is that I upgraded from 2x2G RAM cards for 2X8G RAM cards and requested the old ones to be sent with my computer (since I did purchase them). No luck, someone forgot. Not worth the hassle to ask for since I feel I got a GREAT VALUE in advice and support for my purchase.

I ordered five iPad minis late on a Monday and received the items the very next day, without shipping costs. The customer service was incredible. I can't recommend this company enough. Great job.

PowerMax got me the software, and hardware I needed when I needed it and talked me through my options in a useful and efficient manner. This was AFTER I finally gave up at the Mac Store near my home in frustration because, after 20 minutes, there was still no one available to answer my 2 simple questions.

Power max sole me bad time capsule 2TB. I have many issues with these TC and have to go to Apple to resolve my issues. I have to go through many hassles, wasting my time and money to get this fixed. I don't recommend to buy from this seller. Don't waste your time and money after this seller. Not very helpful at all.

I finally decided I needed to upgrade my iMac to a new one, but didn't want to buy a brand new iMac. I already knew about PowerMax and had been impressed with their website: ease of finding things, sense of humor, etc. So I decided to order a used iMac from them. I am also going to be trading in some other items. My overall experience was excellent. I have been in direct communication with the wonderful Heidi, and when I finally put my order in, it was handled promptly. There were a few minor confusions that were quickly settled, the iMac was shipped and actually arrived in two days! (Of course it helps that I live in Seattle, and PowerMax is in Portland, OR, but it was still a pleasant surprise.) The iMac arrived in the condition stated, and it's working perfectly. I will definitely continue to do business with PowerMax, and highly recommend them. And since they are in Oregon, I did not have to pay any sales tax on the order, saving me well over $100. And their shipping fees are quite reasonable. One other thing to note: if you buy a new product from them that's over $100, the shipping is free.
