PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

They do have a lot of products , although i did strike out. I am most impressed with the friendly 1 on 1 relationship they have with the customers. The same gal took care of me throughout the whole transaction, i could call and ask for her and got her everytime . That means a lot to me because i HATE having to explain my concerns with different people everytime i call most places. Thier return prossess is the same way, everybody was so helpfull and concerned. I just foung the company a few weeks ago , but i go to them first and they are #1 on my favorites list now Thank you MarkAngelone

I've used PowerMax several times in the past few years and trade in my old device (so far I have been able to keep them in pretty much pristine condition and get a good price) I find the people I deal with knowledgeable and competent. My orders are fulfilled quickly. I bring PowerMax to the attention of any friends that I find are preparing to purchase a new Apple device.

I wanted a used Mac to play my old games and some of the software that won't run on Intel Macs, they filled the bill, thank you Powermax.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service! Will definitely do business with Powermax again!

I have used this company to buy and sell Apple hardware for many years now. I cant recommend them enough. They simply take care of you every step of the way.

Even though our transaction is not complete. The people I have dealt with have been great. Thanks

You staff should be complimented for excellent service. Always answered my questions quickly. Also good flow up on my transaction.

Heard about PowerMax on a local radio station. I had a second generation IPod touch and started thinking about trading it in for a new one. Went to their website and answered some simple questions. They offered me what I felt was a fair bid and sent me some contact information. I called and they had my new touch on the way that day. The rest of the transaction went very smoothly and i couldn't be more happy with their service. If you are looking to upgrade any Apple product, I highly recommend PowerMax!
