PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Very happy with my iPad air. Thought your trade-in offer was lousy. I decided to sell my old iPad through Amazon Sell program. Have successfully used it before for an old iPod Touch.

I've purchased three Macs from PowerMax and I feel like one of the family. They've provided everything promised and support as needed- no hassle. I'm looking at my fourth and I have all the confidence that I'll be well cared for.

Great service, fast, efficient and easy helpful assistance. Thank YOU!

If you want a Mac, you want to go to Powermax. (If you don't want a Mac it's painfully obvious you would rather waste your life attempting to use a computer instead of actually using one.) Fair deals on new stuff, great deals on used stuff, totally fair trade-ins, wonderfully pleasant real people on the phone (who know what's what). If you let yourself get on the mailing list you'll be at least mildly amused instead of ticked off when they send their occasional advertising blurbs. This is the Mac dealer you would have created if you wanted to be in the computer biz.

Buying from Powermax was great. I dealt with a real person via email and got all my questions answered and price matched that I found elsewhere. Free shipping and no tax, too. No reason not to buy a Mac here.

I am always very happy with orders from PowerMax! On the rare occasion there's been a minor issue, our account rep has always made it more than right. They always go the extra mile, from checking inventory that's not posted yet to offering suggested alternatives to verifying specs / suitability on a specific item. I've been ordering Macs, peripherals and accessories for clients and friends for almost 30 years. I refer everyone to them, and will continue to do so!

PowerMax goes the 'extra distance' to make sure the purchaser's buying and using experience is top-knotch. I am a Canadian who has dealt with PowerMax now for three years and two computers. No matter my concerns, the experts at PowerMax have helped me out of several situations; total loss of power when a cat chewed a cord, transferring info from one computer to another and wiping personal info from a trade-in. I have no reservations about recommending this company and their staff for your Apple purchases, questions and concerns.

I have purchased from PowerMax in the past and recommend them to all my friends. I recently purchased a Used MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPod and I so far, I am stoked (as we say in Southern California) with them! ( I was upgrading from my beloved Powerbook G4!) The staff is GREAT! Dennis is very knowledgeable and helpful and deserves a raise! HAHA I'm very knowledgeable about Macs and I had tech questions. I can only imagine what he deals with on the average day with people who are clueless! LOL Maiya is friendly and personable. She even clicked through to my website listed in my signature line and connected with me about my business! I felt like I had made a new friend! And finally, one morning I called up there very early and a salesman answered the phone. Although the rest of your crew wasn't in yet, he stayed on the phone with me and made sure someone called me back. THAT is a CLASS ACT!!! Keep it up and I'm a customer for life!!!! Great customer service like they provide is extremely rare! They didn't just help me out with computers, you renewed my faith in humanity! Warmest regards, Elle
