They offer good support, but the conditions regarding the percentage of allowed spam are too strict. As you probably know, Google currently limits the percentage of spam to 3 letters per thousand. But Postmark requires one letter per thousand. Moreover, they count even several spam complaints per letter. In the end I left them. The price is also not in their favor. The market is full of better offers for small businesses with normal conditions for spam complaints - up to 3 letters per 1000.

To say it's much better than Sendgrid is an understatement. Their docs and pricing are clear. Templates are excellent and come with code samples (although I think the code samples button should be clearer, and they should update the node.js to have current code). I still managed to integrate it in less than 30 mins, including domain verification. I just wish they had a smaller tier as 10k emails per month is too much for my needs currently.

10+ hours of downtime and no ETA available is UNACCEPTABLE, just stay away, it's way too expensive for the crappy service they provide. I had monetary loss due to lack of delivery of emails in my company.

Pure scum, with a side of cancer. They trap you into their platform, won't let you remove your credit card. This kind of practice should be illegal, its 2022, come on. Enough with the gray hat scams.

Excellent service - a little on the pricey side, but it's right-priced for it's segment. The email preview is a killer feature, and the timeline view makes everything clear. Well done
