We've been with PostMark for only a couple of months now but setup was a breeze and deliverability has been impressive. We are using PostMark for both transactional and broadcast emails, sending about 50k per month. The WebUI can be a little confusing and could use some updating, but our developer says the API and Webhooks are easy to implement. Certainly no real complaints so far.

I like their pricing and easy to use API. I use their templates and delivery/bounce webhooks. I use that in assessing risk of any sale getting refunded / chargebacked. I didnt have to use their customer service as their knowledgebase and documentation was enough for me so far.

It's a nice site. Easy to use. Only thing I've noticed is sometimes the sellers don't ship quickly enough.
