I ordered a print entitled 'Where our story began' for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary using the postcode for Butlin's Skegness. When it arrived there was nothing identifying where it was other than the co-ordinates which my 93 and 88 year old parents would be unable to process. The map could easily be Lee on Solent where we live. Here is a list of the AI generated responses I have received in amongst numerous e-mail exchanges where the company refuses to deal with my issue. Our map editor tool allows each customer to choose the title of the map themselves, and this title can, but doesn't have to include the location name. Since you chose a title that didn't include the location, the place selected by you wasn't named on the map. The geographical coordinates of the location do appear on the map. The live preview of the personalized map is visible during each step of the ordering process, and we attach a preview of your order in the order completion form and on the order confirmation page. We also provide our customers with the opportunity to modify their orders before they are sent to printing. Recognizing your disappointment, we offered you a 50% discount on a new poster as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction. The offer still stands, if you'd like to order a new poster curated to your needs. We'll be happy to review the order before printing and collaborate with you to make sure it looks exactly as you wish. In this particular case, we cannot offer a different solution.
