Our goal is to ensure customers receive the best possible version of their print, which is why we occasionally pause orders to confirm details like map zoom settings. Every customer has the option to zoom out while creating their map to customize the order according to their preferences. We strive to verify that the map aligns with the customer's expectations. We apologize if this caused a delay. Express shipping is possible for an additional fee and after placing the order there is a link to the order status, and after printing - tracking link. As we stated before, our location in Poland is mentioned on our website, and while our U.S. orders are shipped domestically, your payment is processed through an international platform that may incur extra fees depending on your bank's policy. Positive Prints doesn't have access to your card information or charge additional fees. Please contact your bank directly for more details regarding the charge. We have also refunded the money for your order. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
