I received necklace of low quality
I received necklace of low quality. The "silver" gets ugly and damaged even though I didn't touch it since I received it a month ago. After polishing with added napkin it got million small scratches and looks terrible. I typed a complaint but company doesn't take I seriously and keeps telling me to polish it with other methods...I don't recommend. Edit: my gift was cleaned and sent back to me. Let's see if problem repeats. Thanks.

Po przeczytaniu recenzji na temat…
Po przeczytaniu recenzji na temat plakatów byłam zachwycona więc postanowiłam zamówić na prezent,jednak muszę przyznać że jakość ramki mnie rozczarowała za taką cenę uważam że powinna być conajmniej szklana a nie plastik który był zadrapany i się chwiał cały plakat w ramce która była dużo za luźna,sam wydruk w sobie wygląd miał ładny nie mogę się przyczepić ale za 160 zł uważam że cena jest zbyt wysoka co do jakości zamówienia niestety.

Print resolution lower than expected
Online design tool was limiting, but easy to use. Would have been great to have more than one font option. Print was completed and delivered very quickly which was great. Primary setback for me is the resolution of the print, specifically the maps. It's just not at all as clear or crisp as I would have expected from a professional print - particularly when there are even larger sizes available to order. I know the resolution is mentioned on the site, but when the lack of clarity is noticeable with the naked eye this is a bit disappointing. It really changes the depth and impact of the overall piece.

Excellent CS but poor quality item
The customer service is great but the quality of the print is poor. It was grainy. I feel I could have done as well printing myself on a computer.

Bad quality
I ordered the digital designes because the delivery time is too long. Unfortunately I received the designs in png which means that the quality isnt good enough to print

Nice but problems with contacting the company
Very nice poster, but after making an order nobody reads your email and you can not call Stellas - they do not show they contact phone number anywhere.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way. We did respond to your email almost immediately. You asked us to make a change to a poster 2 days after placing an order. Poster was already printed and packed.
