Took 5 days to print a page even tho they sent it in an email 5mins after I ordered it with the finished article then took 5 days to deliver so missed my anniversary what it was for so thanks never again

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm very sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in time for your anniversary – we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on Saturday, September 6th at 10:13, which was before your anniversary on Sunday. Could you please confirm this? Could you also please let us know if everything arrived in good condition and met your expectations? As for the production – although we send a digital preview by email shortly after purchase, the physical print takes some additional time to produce and ship. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. We do list on our website that we are based in Poland and ship worldwide, including from local print labs to speed up deliveries where possible. Also, we’ve seen your emails and will get back to you shortly. If there’s anything we can do to help or improve the situation, we’re here for you. Kind regards,
