Positive Prints allround service
I had an excellent experience with Positive Prints. After noticing a spelling mistake in my order, I contacted them and within just five minutes they had edited my copy and resent it without any issues at all. Their customer service is truly outstanding—fast, friendly, and efficient. The product itself is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I can’t rate them highly enough for both their service and quality. I will definitely be using them again!

A wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with Positive Prints. While making my print, I made a mistake and emailed them — they corrected it right away with no problem. The customer service is amazing and they are so kind. I was so appreciative, and I can’t wait to give this keepsake of my wedding to my dad for Christmas! I would definitely recommend Positive Prints to anyone looking for something special.

My Experience was great
My Experience was great. It was very easy to design what I wanted. I rushed my self and realized after paying and receiving my artwork, that i forgot an important detail.I was able to email Paulina and within 24 hours she sent me the revision and its perfect. thanks :)

I had to design a print on their website and wasn’t sure about some of the details, but they got back to me so quickly over email and were super helpful. This is my second time ordering with them and I’d happily order again. Highly recommend!

Service-client au top
Le bracelet commandé était défectueux. J'ai contacté le service-client qui a été très conciliant et réactif. Un nouveau bracelet m'a été envoyé gratuitement. Il y a eu des difficultés avec le transporteur et là aussi, leur service-client a été irréprochable.

I received necklace of low quality
I received necklace of low quality. The "silver" gets ugly and damaged even though I didn't touch it since I received it a month ago. After polishing with added napkin it got million small scratches and looks terrible. I typed a complaint but company doesn't take I seriously and keeps telling me to polish it with other methods...I don't recommend. Edit: my gift was cleaned and sent back to me. Let's see if problem repeats. Thanks.
