Fantastic Product and Service
I recently ordered a print as a gift. There was an issue with the shipping (NOT Positive Prints' fault), so I reached out to PP's customer service. THEY WERE AMAZING and so kind. I would, without a doubt, recommend this company and its products. The poster I purchased was perfect.

Lifetime keepsake
I ordered 2 x when baby was born for my grandchildren. Picked the night they were born in custom colours. When they arrived, the prints were exactly as promised, custom colours true to what I had picked, beautiful designs and framing. Great packs, received undamaged. If your looking for a unique gift, you can’t go wrong with Positive Prints

Great website, and fantastic customer service.
The website was simple and easy to use, and the quality of the print turned out amazing. I did pay for express shipping, but due to delays it ended up getting here after Christmas. They answered my email and refunded my express shipping costs without question, which was great. I will definitely use them again, but I will order with more time before the holidays next time.

Great service, I made an original and they suggested to change to a different zoom, which was better. Thankful that they reached out.

Customer service amazing
Quality was perfect! I got the digital download as I was on a time crunch. Problem was I messed up the street address:( with in hours they were able to correct the issue and resend me a new download!!!! That allowed me to send it to be printed that same day so I could have it for my wife on Christmas!!!!!

I had originally bought a digital file and needed to make corrections! The team was quick to respond back to me and fixed several errors that I had made. I am so appreciative of them and the gift turned out so beautifully

My first time using positive prints and…
My first time using positive prints and I have had a wonderful experience the artwork is amazing and is very easy to navigate around while making your artwork, I made a little mistake and the artists behind the mission were incredible about helping fix it and quite promptly. Not only are the owners kind and genuine but also just such lovely people. I will 100% be back to order more in future and will recommend to all family and friends!
