I had some reservations at first because our service is based around privacy law and complete confidentiality. During the onboarding process however, I received personalised service and support and regular communications until we were completely happy to handover all of our inbound calls to Posh. Fast forward 6 months and I have no cause to complain at all. Scripts are followed professionally and the receptionists are professional enough to handle any ad hoc situations. I have used several call centre/ virtual receptionists over the last 15 years and POSH stand out for us as the best by far. The app is also convenient and easy to use. Price wise, I think it is fair. Again I wasnt really sure about the price brackets and structures but our monthly spend compares favourably with other 'similar' services and is within the range we are happy with. Keep up the great work POSH team, here is another satisfied customer.
