They really sound like they work for your company. Their receptionists are all native English speakers and they do a really good job of following your prompts in a common sense manner. Customer service was very responsive as well.

From the initial phone call, through the trial period, and now beyond the client on boarding process; Has been nothing but absolutely phenomenal. Kelsey was a true pleasure to work with, and was patient and answered each and every question I had. Nate was a wizard with the integration piece making sure, POSH and our CRM merged seamlessly together. I no longer have to worry about my clients getting a voicemail, which allows me to focus more on efficiently, running my business, while at the same time providing better customer experience. The entire reception team handles each and every call With care and precision and yet somehow still managed to do it in around three minutes per call saving me the business owner money and time. To be honest, the only thing I regret is not having done this earlier in my business. Having the ability to Scale up or down according to call volume means that adding POSH VA to your team is literally a no-brainer.

I own a company that is always getting customer calls and if we don't answer the phone, we can easily loose that client. I found this service through a colleague in the same industry that uses it. We have been using POSH now for a few months and it has been great. There has been some issues with certain people not correctly tracking the call or not getting the right information but they are very quick to get it fixed. The customer service is really good and they are always available to help. Knowing that I can actually have a day off with my family and the calls are being answered without having to hire a full-time employee is worth everything.
