Amazing customer service! I had to return a puse I had gotten for my sister and the process was super fast and easy! I got a responce within minutes and my return label was sent to me within an hour, I was notified when they received my package back and I got my refund shortly after! I was super happy with my experience.

I really liked the bag! Super cute. I thought the wine pouch would be a bit thicker but honestly I can’t wait to use this bag this summer.
