I was invited to review via email after my purchase, and apparently it's either still under review, or they chose not to post. Having found no other way to share my experience (they have Facebook ratings disabled and no Google review option), I posted a visitor comment, maybe two days ago. Two other customers shared similar experiences or commiserated. That's been deleted. So I decided to remove a star from my original review they haven't shared and write one here. Pros: The leather is good quality. The website shows firmness and pebbling vs smoothness based on color. Cons: Quality of the bag itself. Stitching is uneven, color not as expected, and while I knew the product is unfinished, the suede on the inside leaves chucks that stick to your belongings. The Luna bag came to me loose in a cardboard box with a piece of tissue paper over it, no stuffing to preserve its shape, as expected. I wrote an email to them (no number to be found) and didn't get a response until I emailed another four days later. I asked if it was normal for the shedding and the bag to be packaged as it was. They told me they are clear with their product description and have many satisfied customers, but said I'm welcome to return (didn't answer my questions). To return, you only have the choice between store credit or paying return shipping (you paid shipping before, so keep that in mind). I decided to swallow my mistake in trusting other reviews and their marketing and lose the little over $20 total shipping (to me and back). Unfortunately the shipping label they gave me that is supposed to be taken by FedEx couldn't be read by them, so I took it to USPS, and had to pay over $17 return shipping as opposed to the promised $11.99. I've lost nearly $30 from them. Someone commented on my post before being deleted that she'd had to pay over $20 in just return shipping! If you are having the issues and they are either not acknowledging or removing your comments, share other ways they can't control. I'm sorry to anyone else who has struggled with them, and happy for those it did work out with. Just keep in mind our poor experiences are as valid as good experiences.
