I love PLG. I am a little stunned by all the negative reviews. I think people expect it to be a huge chain company and it’s not. It’s growing… FAST! But it’s still a ‘personal’ business, working round the clock to meet the demands of their growing fan base. I also think you have to love raw, authentic leather. PLG doesn’t make two pieces the same. Their colors differ from piece to piece, as does the thickness and markings of the hides, because they’re not sanding them down and removing the natural wear and tear that occurred throughout the cows lifespan. To me, that’s what makes PLG an AMAZING company…. I can’t speak for customer service, because I’ve not tried to return anything. But I will say, if you follow them on social media, they are constantly letting people know if there are reasons for delays in deliveries/responses. I don’t know. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not trying to disqualify the negative reviews, just having a hard time understanding them since it has certainly not been my experience with this company.

The tanners that they use in their leather smells terrible, The purse smells like highly volatile petroleum products. Had to get the purse out of my house as it was too toxic Terrible

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Bought two pairs of slip ones on Dec 16th., and received one pair on Dec. 24th.. Tried the one pair that came. They did ont fit. So went to the website to contact the company. NO PHONE NUMBER - Big red flag. so I emailed the contact us. I messaged the order number and said I received one pair out of two. That the size I ordered doesn't fit and how do I exchange them? Received an auto-reply. Then 5 days later an email saying that the other pair is on their way, and they can't change the size. I messaged asking how do I return them then. Received a message saying they would put a return shipping label in the box. That one I didn't understand, so I asked if they could email me a return label. As the first box didn't even have a packing slip in it. The second shoe came. No return label or packing slip. So I emailed again, and again, and again. I received an automatic email saying we received your message. Followed up by a how are we doing email. WHAT???? You never answered my emails. So I'm out 300+ dollars! UNEXCEPTABLE.! Then my husband emailed and emailed with the same result. I've posted on their Facebook page a few posts, that have all been taken down. Commented on their ads, and all I get is a generic Oh No, email us your order number. Well, I have since Dec 24th, it's not Feb 22nd and the company is still like oh no, message us. I'm done! I want my money back plus interest for all the time I've wasted.

Still waiting on a refund for something sent back 3 weeks ago. Took 2 months to refund me for things returned after Christmas (those were the only two things I received that were good quality they were just too small) the exchange products came and they were extremely bad. Huge burn marks on front of bag and white splotches “almost perfect” bag would not even qualify to me as c grade. The crossbody had deep scratches all over it. So I exchanged one and returned the other the Sedona I got looked 3 shades off and like snakeskin and smelled horrendous. Horrible chemical smell. Sent it back- received refund today. Still no refund on the crossbody. Will NEVER order again. Customer service has finally replied saying because of inclement weather they haven’t gotten the bag yet so I sent the tracking which says it was received 2/2/23 so then changed the story to it takes 10 days to even get to return warehouse. Then I ended up getting one refund for the Sedona bag but not the black crossbody and they said I shouldn’t have packed them together.. so I’m guessing that means they are ripping me off 96$ now. We’ll see how this turns out. I am guessing not good.

Falsely advertises sales on their website to deceive consumers. I asked them to honor it and they flat out refused. Their customer service is terrible. They won’t even publish a phone number so you can contact them with issues. “ False advertising is illegal. Federally, the FTC can bring a criminal suit against a company for false advertising.”

I ordered an Almost Perfect medium sized tote for almost $100. When it arrived it appeared to be a C grade so I reached out to customer service with no reply. Then after carrying it, it became blemished but with no rough use and minimal use. I stopped using it, reached out via email to customer service (they have NO phone number for customers)! Was replied to by a bot that they got my email and would reply within 3 business days. On the second day I received a brief response and after reviewing my concerns and photos that after review it was perfectly normal and that if I would like I would receive a sample of a product to restore the markings. I will never buy again and would warn anyone to buy elsewhere.

Restored my bag to as good as new.

leather is very thin, the mini tote I purchased looks more like pleather and smells like vinyl. Zipper is cheap....I am returning the purse. I emailed customer service and received a generic response and they have not responded since... I want to return the bag , it is cheap looking . On FB and other places they remove all negative comments , then tell you everyone loves their purses.
