EXCELLENT customer service. I had a technical issue purchasing my dress (wrong price posted) and their customer service kindly honored the lower price for me (I did have a screenshot of the lower price). The dress arrived and it was well packaged and beautiful, a very high quality item which I was happy about since I hadn't purchased from the site before so wasn't sure. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit me correctly so I did have to return it. Their customer service advised how to do so and sent me two links to make sure I knew how their process worked and then to complete my return. Although this item didn't work out for me, I will definitely buy from this site again. Thank you!

Hi. Great reliable and nice customer service. Although my issue could not be resolved and the second dress I bought i ended up asking my tailor to change the zipper( the end of it was pinching on my neck), they were a pleasure to deal with. Quick and reliable customer service. I would buy more clothing from them in the future. Maybe invest in better zippers!:)
