It was easy all the way around and I found my top to be lux and such a low price. Love it all!

I must say, my experience with Porterist from the purchase to the delivery to responsiveness was impeccable. The only massive downturn is your return processing is awfully too long. Would you like to customer yo pay you 1 to 2 months after they purchased?!? Your return procedures are just not standard to the market right now. It could be a major turn off for many customers…

The picture of the jacket I purchased has a button. The jacket that arrived has no button or button hole.

Thank you for sending the lilac cotton leggings so promptly! The XS fits just right and I love the color, so pretty for under spring skirts and dresses.

You exceeded my expectations. My necklace broke after wearing it for approx one hour…I didn’t expect for you to reimburse me for it, but you did. Thank you.
