Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I bought a Porsche Approved car expecting the high standards that come with the Porsche name, but what I received was the complete opposite. I believe the service history was misrepresented, and when I raised my concerns, the professionalism shown before the sale disappeared overnight. The after-sales service was appalling. Every step of the process became an argument, and it took nearly three months of constant chasing, frustration, and stress before the issue was finally resolved. Thankfully, because I purchased the car through finance, I was eventually able to return it and get my money back. This has been by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. I would never deal with this garage again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you're considering buying from them, make sure you do your own checks and be prepared for poor after-sales support if anything goes wrong.

Extremely disappointed with Porsche Nottingham. Buying a Porsche 911 Turbo S for over £100,000 should be a premium experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all. Before purchasing the car, I was told it had a full service history. On collection, I discovered that several service stamps were missing, which immediately made me question the information I had been given. I also found that one of the tyres was almost bald on the inside. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that tyres are "wear and tear" and that I'd bought a used car, not a new one. I understand it's a used vehicle, but for a car at this price, I expected it to be supplied in a safe and properly inspected condition. What disappointed me most was the after-sales service. Everyone seemed very welcoming and attentive while I was buying the car, but as soon as I raised a problem after the sale, it felt like I was being ignored. Getting help became frustrating, and I was left feeling that once the deal was done, customer service no longer mattered. I expected much higher standards from an official Porsche dealership. While I still like the Porsche brand, my experience with Porsche Nottingham has been extremely disappointing, and I would not choose to buy from this dealership again.

My experience with Porsche Nottingham has been extremely disappointing, particularly in relation to customer service and after-sales support. Throughout the purchase process and beyond, communication was poor. The Sales Manager, Harj Sandhu, frequently failed to respond to my emails, making it very difficult to resolve concerns or obtain updates. Likewise, my salesperson, Rajan Gill, initially agreed to provide several items that were missing from the vehicle at the time of sale. However, after the purchase was completed, I was informed that I was not entitled to these items as they were considered optional extras. Following considerable effort on my part, the items were eventually provided, but only after a delay of more than 18 months. More concerning was the discovery that the vehicle had been incorrectly advertised with regard to the number of previous owners. I only became aware of this discrepancy when I received the V5 registration document in my own name. Had the vehicle been accurately described, it may have influenced my purchasing decision. Since raising this issue, Porsche Nottingham has failed to engage meaningfully with my concerns. Emails, phone calls and requests for clarification have largely gone unanswered. In my view, this falls well below the standard of customer care expected from an Official Porsche Centre. The dealership's lack of responsiveness has left me feeling ignored as a customer and without a satisfactory resolution to an issue relating to the accuracy of the vehicle's description at the point of sale. The consumer rights act comes to mind. While the Porsche brand is associated with quality and professionalism, my experience with Porsche Nottingham has unfortunately not reflected those values. I cannot recommend Porsche Nottingham based on my experience and would avoid this Centre.

Absolutely abonable . Having bought & been pleased with Porsche for many years . We'll never buy again ! How to destroy a brand ! After buying an electric Maccan in October 25 from Porsche Brooklands, Surrey . It wouldn't charge properly only going to around 130 miles range . Then dropping quickly. The car was over 80000 pounds. You expect a car that works , fit for purpose and top customer care. But it was just not fit for purpose and we had zero confidence to use it . By February it still wasn't fixed and they took it in. They had it weeks and still no nearer fixing it by end of March . We were sick of this nonsense and had paid over £80 and still no car or when it might be fixed. Absolutely appalling and couldn't have been worse ! We just wanted our money back ! They wanted to take £16000 off the £81 K for a car we owned but couldn't use because it wasn't fit for purpose and seemingly had no date it would be ! £16000 , for what ? They're utter incompetence and a car that didn't ever work as it should !! Why should we loose out for their faulty car ?? When they couldn't fix it ?? Like it was our fault ??? Hardly reputable. In the end they kept £11000 before refunding. So , I would say , don't buy a Porsche here as they not only couldn't care less ! They're not to be trusted and never and will take your money even when they've completely failed and let you down so badly ! Find someone reputable ! Utterly Sickening and the worst and really upsetting and costly ! How to destroy a once good brand!

Porsche France #porsche #cayenne
