I have been a Porsche customer for about 10 years now, but I’m very unsatisfied with the quality of customer service and vehicle sales in Tallinn, Estonia which is in my opinion terrible. I hope that this attitude does not harm the Porsche brand and doesn’t reflect general values and mission of the company.

Purchased a Porsche Taycan almost a year ago. The car if fantastic to drive for an EV. Steering has perfect level of feedback and both low speed and high speed handling are divine. Its almost as good as my Cayman blasting through the corners. Breaking on this EV is incredible, I drove a few other major brand EV's (who I won't name) and I felt they all lacked in high speed breaking. Porsche seems to have balanced the regenerative braking and physical disc braking better than anyone else. Leather interior is as expected from a high end German car maker - very nice. My only gripe and it is incredibly annoying - the forward / reverse knob (gear shifter) is behind the steering wheel. So every time you change it, you end up knocking everything attached to the steering column - really Porsche. What were you thinking? Why could you not just leave it in the center console at nice hands reach, without clutter, like all your other cars? Or if you want to change things a little, create some cool factor, why not make it a paddle shifter for forward and reverse selection? As for Porsche service and support - I haven't had a single problem with this car so have not had to take it in. Always had excellent support with my Cayman which I am keeping but finding I rarely drive it now. Pretty much only taken out on club days and track days now.

Je vois une annonce pour un Boxster 981. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Je saute dans le premier train direction Paris puis Velizy. La voiture est en préparation donc impossible de la voir. 600km plus une nuit d'hotel pour rien. Le vendeur promet de me rappeler la semaine suivante pour me donner la disponibilité. Aucun appel. Hier je téléphone pour un update, personne de disponible, on me rappellera. Aucun appel. Ce matin je relance et on m'explique que la voiture est vendue depuis quelques minutes. En fait je suis la victime collatérale de la compétition entre les vendeurs. J'y vois un manque certain d'élégance, voire de respect. Ah oui ... le Directeur de la concession devait me rappeler. Aucun appel.

Hace 3 meses les compré un Cayenne GTS nuevo. Desde entonces ha estado 4 veces en el taller por un problema de fabricación que todavía estáis intentando diagnosticar. Esta ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida al comprar un auto nuevo.

Enquired about a Porsche last week at an OPC in the UK and was happy to put down a non-refundable deposit, subject to approval of finance, with a view to taking delivery mid next month (July). However was told by the dealership that it was "company policy" not to 'have the car off sale from one month to the next' so they were unable to sell it to me?! So if I approached the dealership today (last day of the month), would the expectation be that I took delivery of the vehicle today?? Appears to be very spurious and more a case of the sales representative and / or dealership holding out for a customer that can complete this month so they can meet their monthly sales target and associated bonuses payable by the Group and / or Porsche. Didn't help either for the fact that I passed on the GAP insurance and ceramic coating ... again substantial commissions payable back to the dealership. Porsches are great cars but sadly very questionable practices adopted by their dealership network. Yet another example of putting profits before customers!

If you have actually worked for your money do not bother spending it with Porsche. I thought spending 100k on a car means logical and proper care of customers, boy was I wrong! I have been with bmw my entire adult life and I’ve had several warranty issues and they have always without fail resolved the issue even if it was in a ‘grey’ area within their requirements. Porsche does not respect customers, they do not follow any logical guide, they will decline warranty disputes even if it’s proven to be bad manufacturing. (Porsche USA approved and changed customers lights — so maybe move country?) I went to Porsche with a rear crack from the inside on my 992 911 and I was denied warranty change because and I quote “due to improper cleaning using certain products”. At this point Porsche hadn’t checked my car, so I asked how can you say this when you haven’t even checked the car yet? Then I said did Porsche send out a mass message to all 992 911 owners to let them know if this issue? How can customers be held to account for cleaning products that ‘may’ cause cracking. This is a manufacturing problem. My second rear indicators also have massive condensation issues, Porsche is now taking a look at the car, but after my initial exchange I expect them to come back with another ridiculous excuse and not change them. I will not go quietly into the night, this is outrageous and I will be contacting Porsche senior managers with the full story. I will contact every YouTuber, blogger, and I will share my story so that no one else ever makes a mistake of buying a Porsche.

Eddy at the Porsche garage in York was brilliant. He couldn't be faulted at all. He was really helpful, sent a great personalised video so I could see the car remotely and helped me with finance options. He had tons of patience with me dithering over various options and was always quick to reply to phonecalls and queries. He is a real asset, as was everyone I dealt with. Many thanks!

Mijn Panamera 7 jaar oud, na een maand wachten op een herstelling, vermogenverlies, +€7700. Ik begrijp niet dat een wagen prijscategorie + 130K na 7 jaar zulke kosten heeft, ik heb dit met nog geen enkele wagen gehad, erg teleurgesteld in Porsche. Per direct mijn eerste en laatste Porsche.
